Steps to Enroll

Contact the Recipient’s Enrollment Clerk or submit your information, so Live Scan forms can be sent to you.

SUBMIT SOC426A

An SOC426A form will be sent to the person you are working for (Recipient). Submit the completed form to the Public Authority.

Fingerprinting

Once you receive the Live Scan form, take the form to any authorized Live Scan location to complete your fingerprinting. Live Scan locations.

Orientation

Upon electronic receipt of your Live Scan results, you will receive a letter regarding your results and if applicable, the date and time you are to attend the Provider orientation.

Time Sheets

After orientation is complete and all required documents are on file, you will be able to access your Timesheets in the Electronic Services Portal (ESP).
