Steps to Enroll

Contact the Recipient/client Enrollment Clerk to submit your information, a Live Scan forms will be mailed to you. Once you receive the form, take the form to any authorized Live Scan location to complete your fingerprinting.

Enrollment paperwork will be sent to you and your client via Mail or E-signature

Enrollment paperwork will include information on how to submit your Identification, Social Security card, completed forms, and instructions on how to access the new provider's online orientation
Time Sheets

After orientation is complete and all required documents are on file, you will be able to access your Timesheets in the Electronic Services Portal (ESP).
