You must have original and unexpired picture identification
and your original Social Security Card.

Only a government-issued picture ID will be accepted; for example, a driver’s license, ID card issued by the DMV, U.S. Military ID, Permanent Resident Card (Green Card), or a US passport.
If your Social Security Card is stamped "Valid for work only with INS Authorization" you MUST bring your work authorization card also.
Please do not bring anyone with you as space is limited. Please do not bring your children, spouse, friend or consumer with you as you will be turned away.
PLEASE ARRIVE 15 - 20 minutes early.
